At Mongrel Tee’s, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after both the order and full payment have been received and confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if applicable.

Delays

While we aim to meet all processing times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Mongrel Tee’s is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
